Glazing Butyl Putty

Description

For primed softwood, hardwood or steel frames
Must seal the glazing surface with a timber sealer
One-part putty, for the complete “Bead glazing” of single glass (not suitable for putty fronting)
Suitable for internal and external use
Can be painted but not essential
Can bead glaze some double-glazed units in conjunction with Silfix U9 (only suitable for site glazing) – check before use
Must be over-painted with a solvent based paint
Apply the first coat of paint, once a good skin has formed over, after a minimum of 7 days
